
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade in your designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.
You will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and negotiating agreements that benefit both parties. Your ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve profitability will be crucial to your success.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry. Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, are essential. You should also possess a strong bias for action and be accountable for results.
