About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will design components and services for new feature developments, implementing scalable architecture and working with an enthusiastic team.

You will create custom tools that enhance sales processes, data visibility, and marketing strategies tailored for large accounts.

You will evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to increase efficiency and reliability of our assets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document scalable solutions.
  • Write secure, maintainable code to power our platform's growth.
  • Launch and support features that enable growth, marketing, and sales teams to deliver value with high efficiency.
  • Lead code reviews and guide software architecture decisions.
  • Assess technical feasibility of features for the product team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Computer science or software engineering degree.
  • Ability to create extensible, performant, and easy-to-read software.
  • Strong programming skills in Ruby (Rails), GoLang, Java, Python, or NodeJS.
  • Hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Understanding of machine learning models and techniques.
  • Experience with LLMs and deep learning models is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, preferably Postgres or MySQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control, preferably Git.
