
Business Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger partnerships with key vendors.
- You will maintain relationships with GMV Class A & B Vendors, providing 360-degree service to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
- Improve customer experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations and owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions and events.
- Identify and implement new value-added initiatives and proactively find solutions, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts, either offline or on food delivery platforms, with targeted monthly growth as a main Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Ensure high-quality photography of top key accounts.
- Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
- Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly.
- Reduce issue or fail rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage projects, risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
- Maintain visibility and report progress to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and business review skills.
- Knowledge of the food industry and operational costings.
