Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads through paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple paid channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to attract high-intent leads.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to nurture and convert leads more efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads bidding strategies for lead gen.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
