LinkedIn Sales Navigator
is a must.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other lead generation tools. The role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for our offshore staffing solutions while supporting the sales pipeline and ensuring high-quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted
market research
to identify and segment potential clients. - Generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools
. - Manage the complete sales cycle/process from initial contact to closing the deal for offshore staffing solutions and ensure that the KPIs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting our services and competitive advantages.
- Serve as the point of contact for any future business or service requests from clients related to our business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure client issues related to the services are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and performance related to our services to the management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience
in lead generation and business development - Proven experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
is a must. - Familiarity with other lead generation tools such as
Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
. - Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for outreach and follow-ups.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify quality leads.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
