Lead Financial Strategist

The role of Lead Financial Strategist is pivotal in driving the financial health and stability of our organization. This leadership position demands a visionary with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly within the hospitality industry.

This strategic thinker will be responsible for:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing annual budgets and financial forecasts that align with our company's objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and optimizing cash flow to meet operational needs while implementing strategies to efficiently manage working capital.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing risk mitigation strategies, including overseeing insurance policies to protect the organization against potential risks.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with CPA certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
  • A solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
