Job Description

Key Tasks
  1. Efficiently process ticket bookings within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and staff requests to provide excellent support.
  3. Implement a well-organized system for collecting and sorting cards to minimize errors.
  4. Bill freelancers daily in accordance with established procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
  5. Verify GDS reports to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.
  6. Regularly submit invoices and supporting documents through multiple channels.
  7. IDentify collections, update accounts receivable, and settle collections invoice to invoice to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  8. Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding outstanding debts and deadlines.
  9. Follow up with clients on outstanding balances when necessary to prevent delays.
  10. Monitor account status, credit limits, and balances to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  11. Reconcile accounts statements and customer ledgers to ensure data accuracy and prevent errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  4. Prior experience in Umrah, Hajj tour & tourism is highly beneficial.
