We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Radiology Attendant in our hospital setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting patients between radiology and other areas of the hospital, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

About the Role
  • Transport patients between radiology and other departments of the hospital, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Verify patient identification to ensure accurate delivery of care.
  • Maintain patient coverage and comfort during transportation, providing a safe and respectful environment at all times.
  • Ensure patients are properly dressed before leaving radiology, promoting dignity and respect.
  • Retrieve patient charts as needed, facilitating efficient communication among healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training to new staff members during orientation, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and maintain daily linen supplies, guaranteeing a clean and hygienic environment for patients and staff alike.
  • Coordinate the smooth transportation of supplies and consumables to other departments and off-site facilities, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Matriculation or Intermediate education preferred, with at least one year of experience in healthcare services.
  • Good general health, cleanliness, pleasant demeanor, and understanding of patient interactions.
  • Fluency in Urdu and basic understanding of English.
  • Ability to read and write simple notes, instructions, and labels in English and Urdu.
