About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator. As part of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to patients and staff alike.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office software.

  • Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include tracking referrals, managing patient relationships, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for coordinating office activities, including preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday. You will be based in Lahore, Pakistan, and will report directly to the Practice Manager.
