Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including:
- Administrative and secretarial work, including utility bill payment, office equipment management, and IT equipment inventory and maintenance.
- Assisting the Administration Manager in managing accommodation, supplier management, travel management, and visa application.
- Writing, updating, and executing contracts related to administrative matters.
- Coordinating team building activities and assisting in organizing events.
- Performing regular annual vehicle inspection, tire change, and other services.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in administrative and procurement preferred.
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Driver's license and driving skills preferred.
- English speaking required.
