Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate front office activities, including mail handling and distribution.
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure efficient performance of tasks.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a front office administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
