Customer Experience and Innovation Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience and Innovation professional to join our team.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer experiences that exceed expectations.

You will work closely with our chefs and bakers to develop innovative food and beverage items that surprise and delight our customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of customer journey design, in-store innovation, and recipe development.

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer experience, hospitality management, or food & beverage innovation is required.

You will be responsible for monitoring and improving service KPIs such as customer retention, NPS, and dwell time.

If you are a creative thinker with a hospitality-first mindset and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer experiences that exceed expectations
  • Develop innovative food and beverage items that surprise and delight customers
