Investment Manager

The Investment Manager will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing investment activities related to credit portfolio management. This includes performing investment analytics, preparing and presenting financial reports, and supporting the integration of ESG considerations into investment decision-making frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor investments in Corporate, Commercial & SME clients.
  • Conduct investment reviews, sectoral analysis, and recommend risk mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Identify early warning signals and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Relationship and Credit teams.
  • Support client due diligence and investment assessments by offering portfolio-level risk insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of investment concepts, regulatory requirements, and portfolio management principles.
  • Collaborative approach with experience in working with diverse teams (Risk, Relationship, Compliance, Sustainability).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, flexibility, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Any relevant certification in ESG sustainability is a plus.
  • Preferably up to 4 years of experience in Investment Management, preferably with exposure to NBFIs.
