We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for sales teams.
  • Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
  • Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with other departments and timely report product issues.
  • Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
  • Attend industry conferences and events.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in science, preferably with a major in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant working experience, with a background in the renewable energy industry being preferred.
  • Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, with good customer service awareness.

About This Role:

This is a mid-to-senior level contract position that requires excellent technical support skills and a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality technical support and a keen eye for detail.
