Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore as a Technical Support Specialist at ibex. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, analyzing customer issues, delivering excellent customer support, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
