Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves managing and maintaining the overall health and performance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. IT Administration: Manage system administration, including setup, patching, and troubleshooting.
  2. Server Rebuilds: Rebuild servers with expertise in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019.
  3. Cloud Knowledge: Develop working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Century Link Cloud infrastructure.
  4. Networking Concepts: Understand networking concepts for Express Routes used by Azure and Direct Connect by AWS.
  5. Business Continuity Planning: Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and backup planning strategies.
  6. Advanced Skills: Hold excellent skills in Group Policy, DFS, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP.
  7. O365 Administration: Possess exceptional knowledge of O365 administration and Exchange server management.
  8. Infrastructure Migration: Migrate O365 and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with experience required.
  9. Database Management: Expertise in IIS 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, SharePoint, and SQL Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019.
  10. Server Administration: Administer servers and networks effectively.
  11. Troubleshooting: Participate actively in outage restoration and Root Cause Analysis processes.
  12. Complex Issue Resolution: Resolve complex and new technology issues consistently.
  13. On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for troubleshooting, maintenance, deployments, break fixes, 24/7/365.
  14. Process Improvement: Assist in problem management, release management, and change management processes.
  15. SLA Management: Ensure SLA management for systems, BCP, security, and restoration.
  16. Infrastructure Consolidation: Consolidate and automate infrastructure as needed.
