We are seeking an expert in sourcing and procurement to join our team. The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for acquiring goods from both domestic and international suppliers.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of purchasing processes and procedures, as well as the ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.

The successful candidate will contribute to shaping our product range by identifying new suppliers and negotiating agreements. They will also be responsible for monitoring timely deliveries and checking material availability and discontinuations.

Additionally, the Purchasing Specialist will handle complaints regarding shortages and maintain close contact with our Warehouse Manager and Order Management team.

We are looking for a highly organized and solution-oriented individual who enjoys working independently. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree and good knowledge of MS Office, with WMS experience being an advantage.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and will have additional foreign languages as a plus. German language skills are particularly desirable.

  • You will acquire goods from both domestic and international suppliers.
  • You will contribute to shaping our product range by identifying new suppliers and negotiating agreements.
  • You will monitor timely deliveries and check material availability and discontinuations.
  • You will handle complaints regarding shortages.
  • You will maintain close contact with our Warehouse Manager and Order Management team.
Requirements
  • Graduation degree.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Addtional foreign languages as a plus.
