Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing teams and departments, preferably in international recruitment, customer support, and services.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects, with a focus on process optimization and quality improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
