We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
They should be able to develop and refine customer support strategies, processes, and workflows to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities include leading the customer support team, analyzing customer service metrics, and training staff members.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven success in a fast-paced startup environment with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and implement process improvements.
The successful candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.
