About The Role

As an Implementation Strategist, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role focuses on presenting solutions, assisting with change management, and supporting telematics solution implementations in customer fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into their operations.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Collateral: Maintain and update sales collateral and resources with the Post Sales Operations team to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor sales initiatives' effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or similar fields, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and assist them through change management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales activities.
