Job Title: Senior Talent Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a real difference in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis to determine staffing numbers, skills, and needs to meet the organization's objectives.
  • Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop tailored job descriptions.
  • Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, conduct interviews, give selection tests, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management on staff appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, including wages, superannuation, leave, and training, and produce associated management reports.
  • Carry out training needs assessments and develop effective staff training programs.
  • Utilize various management information systems to record, maintain, plan, and manage the organization's human resources effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and occupational health and safety programs.
  • Offer support and guidance to employees on work-related matters, career development, and personal issues.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write and speak English fluently. You should also be proactive, have strong knowledge of developing and implementing policies, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
