Senior Manager of Quality Assurance

The role involves ensuring that all production processes comply with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the quality team to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services.
- Monitor and control laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or engineering).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, 17025, and other relevant regulations. Excellent communication and project management skills.
