
Territory Expansion Specialist

Drive sales and customer service in a designated territory, increasing market share and revenue through effective channel partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence within the territory, optimize sales and distribution networks, and strengthen the distribution ecosystem.
- Customer Experience: Implement processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and expand the channel/distributor network, form partnerships, train partners on product features/sales techniques/market positioning, and negotiate agreements for mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- People Management: Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, coordinate between mass retail Zonal/Area managers of sales and service, and manage the team responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components.
Requirements:
- Education: Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom or FMCG
- Skills: Technical competencies in sales and marketing techniques, basic knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
