We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO office.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and conferences are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. Conduct research and gather information as required by the CEO, compiling data into organized reports and presentations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international University.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
