Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support to clients across various channels, including phone, live chat, email, and SMS.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. They will also have experience working with CRM platforms, such as Shopify or Gorgias, and be familiar with order management and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via multiple channels
  • Assist customers in making confident purchasing decisions through personalized product recommendations and detailed knowledge of products
  • Monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns with speed and accuracy
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue and improve the customer experience
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform internal improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Shopify or Gorgias
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle customer concerns effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
