The successful Business Development Manager will be measured on the following key performance indicators:

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in business development, including 3 years of experience in international markets or BPO industries.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Proven track record of securing high-value international clients, proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, strong understanding of global business processes, analytical skills, reporting expertise, and experience achieving or exceeding sales targets.
