Key Performance Indicators
Ensures seamless day-to-day operations by identifying operational needs, establishing processes and policies, and managing team schedules.
Provides effective communication systems by assessing requirements, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, and approving invoices.
Purchases office supplies by determining requirements, negotiating prices and quality, and verifying delivery and payment.
Coordinates maintenance for infrastructure, facilities, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Contributes to special projects by organizing information, coordinating resources, planning, arranging, and monitoring results to meet objectives.
Maintains open lines of communication among teams by documenting actions, reporting irregularities, and communicating ongoing needs.
Supports team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Keeps accurate records of official agreements and inventory.
Prepares budgets for administrative purposes.
Manages staff scheduling and duty assignments to ensure efficient use of resources.
Supervises staff to ensure operational needs are met.
