">About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of ISO-9001:2000 standards, managing the department's central filing system, and coordinating data exchange.

You will also be responsible for providing advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions, managing housekeeping, administration of canteen, and transportation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with HODs to develop and implement company policies and strategy.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management
  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures
