Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouses in Islamabad and Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receiving and dispatching process to ensure efficient warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize storage space and minimize stockouts.
  • Supervise staff and assign tasks to ensure timely completion and maintain high productivity standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory, stock movements, and employee performance.
  • Evaluate and improve safety protocols to prevent losses and accidents.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management with knowledge of warehousing operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
