Specialist Logistics Professional

The role of a Specialist Logistics Professional is multifaceted and requires an individual with expertise in handling and recording end-to-end logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and approval of EIF/FI documents from various banks, requiring coordination with Treasury teams.
  • Entering custom duties into the BPM/LCM portal with accuracy and tracking approvals.
  • Maintenance of master sheets for daily processed duties, including end-to-end related logistic activities.
  • Arrangement of insurance for shipments through liaison with vendors and insurance companies.
  • Verification of shipping documents and invoices related to duties and taxes, along with cash receipts.
  • Tracking of delay deliveries and applying claims according to purchase orders/contracts, in conjunction with internal end-users.
  • Ensuring compliance with Logistics Support SLAs and KPIs.
  • Preparation of reports on Purchase Requisitions/Orders and monthly dashboards for procurement operations.
  • Identification and support of implementation initiatives for process improvement across end-to-end logistics operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in logistics domains.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials & ESS - Fusion, specifically in PO/PR/Receipt modules.
  • Solid understanding of relevant Pakistan customs and Supply Chain Management principles.
  • Experience in presenting monthly progress and managing large data sets.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, data analysis, and reporting tools.
