Job Summary: As Assistant Director Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations within our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate with HR Department to manage employee-related matters.">
  • Ensure compliance with university rules and regulations.">
  • Oversee daily attendance and discipline.">
  • Manage maintenance of buildings, classrooms, seminar halls, and offices.">
  • Coordinate all administrative activities with Main Office, Principal, DD Adm, and HoD's.">
  • Process medical cases for faculty, officers, and non-government staff.">
  • Assist with activities of societies and clubs.">
  • Handle NUST accommodation cases and assist during handover/ takeover of accommodations.">
  • Provide transport services to faculty, staff, and students.">
  • Maintain furniture and other items held on charge by the School.">
  • Conduct annual stock-taking (store section only).">
  • Arrange official dinners, lunches, and refreshments.">
  • Assist in arrangements for official guests.">
  • Timely provision of officers to new faculty and officers.">
  • Oversee extra-curricular activities at the institution.">
  • Monitor code of conduct and dress code policy of students.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preference given to individuals qualified in administration courses or retired Majors from Armed Forces with requisite qualifications/experience.">
