Job Title: Front Desk and Telecommunications Coordinator

Primary Functions:
  • Coordinate front desk activities including reception and telephone services.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and other relevant data.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. At least 02 years of experience working as a Receptionist Telephone Operator is mandatory.
  2. Familiarity with both spoken and written Urdu and English is essential.
  3. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant demeanor, be well-mannered, and preferably between the ages of 30 & 35 years.
  4. Marital status: preference given to those who are married.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Support the Manager Admin with administrative duties.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of attendance records.
  • Attend to all incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
