Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

The role of the Administrative Operations Manager involves overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks across various departments. This includes ensuring seamless communication between teams, managing office operations, and providing support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide guidance and mentorship to team members in the administration department.
  • To ensure effective administrative support is provided to all stakeholders and monitor activities within the department continuously.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external interfaces regarding administrative matters.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure the upkeep of office facilities, furniture, water, and power supply systems.
  • Evaluate the quality of products and supplies, and oversee repair/maintenance activities as needed.
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to optimize operations.
  • Maintain organized files for smooth departmental operations.
  • Liaise with government agencies like WAPDA, Police, and other suppliers/agencies.
  • Manage pool car/rent-a-car arrangements, scrutinize bills, and distribute charges to cost centers.
  • Arrange timely passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and overseas).
  • Register and insure company vehicles, maintain them, and provide pool car/rent-a-car services.
  • Take initiatives to enhance admin efficiency and complete assigned tasks by Executive Management.
