We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, travel allowances, and event coordination. They will also supervise administrative staff and front desk officers to ensure efficient daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise administrative staff and front desk officers to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage office inventories and supplies, overseeing procurement, stocking, and distribution.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for directors, handling queries, approvals, and administrative concerns.
  4. Assist the HR team by fulfilling administrative requests promptly and effectively.
  5. Administer travel allowances in compliance with company policies.
  6. Oversee corporate event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and payment processing.
  7. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless event planning and execution.
  8. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • MBA or BBA from a recognized institution.
  • 5 – 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Self-driven and proactive, demonstrating a strong motivation to grow and excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Uphold strong integrity and work ethics in all administrative processes, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
