Director Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Director to lead our Workforce Transformation efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.
  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives and managing a portfolio of clients is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum twelve years of relevant work experience in Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion;
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred;
