Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Engineer and Project Lead to drive the planning, development, and implementation of engineering projects across our organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  4. Risk Management: Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for proposed projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  5. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, performance, and budget adherence, proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in engineering and project management roles, particularly as a CORP Engineer.
  • Professional engineering licensure or certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong technical expertise in planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Professional engineering licensure or certification.
  • Extensive experience in engineering and project management roles.
