Job Title: IT Project Lead

 

This is a leadership position that requires project management expertise, technical guidance, and client relationship building skills. As an IT Project Lead, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and post-launch support.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project management, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and strong understanding of web and mobile development principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage IT Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and post-launch support.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical assistance to developers when needed, leveraging expertise in technologies like MERN, Angular, ASP.Net, Java Spring, PHP, and Laravel.
  • Technology Stack: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines is required.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
  • Project Management Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management is necessary.
  • Web and Mobile Development: Strong understanding of web and mobile development principles is required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
