About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer to represent our agency on Fiverr, focusing on web development projects. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and bring in projects related to web development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively respond to Fiverr client inquiries and offers, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Understand client needs and gather clear project requirements, facilitating successful project outcomes.

  • Create or manage Fiverr gig conversations, building strong relationships with clients.

  • Negotiate pricing and timelines professionally, providing excellent customer service.

  • Forward finalized project details to our in-house development team, ensuring seamless project delivery.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates, enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business, driving growth and revenue.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience dealing with clients on Fiverr (or similar platforms), demonstrating expertise in client management.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, enabling effective client communication.

  • Basic understanding of web development services (Laravel, WordPress, HTML, etc.), showing familiarity with industry technologies.

  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality, essential for building strong client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and close deals, demonstrating self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.

  • Bonus: If you already have a Fiverr account with some activity, highlighting your existing platform experience.
