We are seeking a professional to join our team in the Fulfillment vertical as an Executive Operations Manager. This is a dynamic and productive workplace where we collaborate to help other businesses operate more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with key supply chain stakeholders, onboard, train, and register truckers.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of supply teams.
  • Manage communication between sales and supply teams.
  • Daily management of on-site operations to ensure discipline and compliance with established standards.
  • Handle crises to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage vendor-side and client-side relationships.
  • Oversee receivables and payments by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication, and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in logistics operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
