Warehouse Manager Position Overview

We seek an experienced warehouse manager to oversee daily operations, managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes and leading a team for safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control with attention to detail.
  • Plan and organize warehouse operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction, analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Review monthly performance metrics and KPIs to meet targets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and departments for seamless operations, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Implement quality protocols, operational guidelines, and customer SOPs, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, with strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 8-10 years of experience in similar position, with proven track record of success and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses high energy, drive, and exceptional work ethic, demonstrating passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
