As a Thermal Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design cutting-edge liquid cooling systems that meet the high demands of modern electronics. Your primary focus will be on optimizing thermal performance through fluid flow and thermal analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and simulate liquid-cooling system components using SolidWorks and ANSYS to ensure optimal thermal performance.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics and optimize solutions for performance and reliability.
  • Drive the selection of critical components, including fans, pumps, radiators, TIMs, and heaters, based on project requirements.
  • Develop and execute test procedures for evaluating thermal system components and validate designs through prototype testing.
  • Analyze and optimize thermal management systems for electronic devices to ensure operational reliability.
  • Use tools like Power Query and Power BI to analyze data and present insights for performance improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot thermal issues in existing systems, recommending effective design or process improvements.

Requirements:

  • MS/BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Heat and Mass Transfer
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in thermal engineering
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
