Job Title: Telecommunication Infrastructure Specialist

As a Telecommunication Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cell site infrastructure. Your role will involve installing and maintaining power equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in power equipment.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for MBU operations.
  • Inspect and maintain power equipment to prevent malfunctions.
  • Install, maintain, and repair Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on Rectifiers and batteries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot Diesel Generator problems.
  • Perform ATP testing on Diesel Generators after maintenance.
  • Identify and rectify DCACs.
  • Resolve commercial supply faults.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance of power infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of tower components and tools.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
