Cell Site Operations Specialist

In this role, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of cell site infrastructure. This involves ensuring that power equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot electrical issues in power equipment.
  2. Maintain KPIs for MBU operations.
  3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telco and non-telco equipment.
  4. Work effectively with teams to resolve issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HSE protocols.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or Associate Degree.
  • At least 3 years experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance of power infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of tower components and tools.
  • Familiarity with commercial supply systems.
