As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in client relationship management and the development, execution, and delivery of effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships and acting as a strategic partner.
  • Lead multi-channel advertising campaigns aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Develop project briefs, timelines, and budgets; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling additional agency services.
  • Manage account financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting.
  • Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management within an advertising, marketing, or media agency environment is necessary.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering successful advertising campaigns is essential.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels and strategies is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM software tools is expected.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines is critical.
