Team Lead - Operations Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians/engineers in field, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with car dealers.


As a Team Lead - Operations, you will be responsible for monitoring on-field team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing reports to data entry teams. You will also play a key role in hiring resources to add more teams in the city as per requirement and expanding the business into new regions.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of technicians/engineers in field
  • Motivate team members to achieve better performance
  • Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
  • Monitor on-field team performance & keep a strict check
  • Building relationship with car dealers
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
  • Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
  • Add more cities in near region considering the potential in mind

Essential Qualifications:



  • Bachelors with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Able to prioritize and successfully handle several tasks at once
  • Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Accurate with attention to detail, must have strong communication skills
