We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Market consultants using company processes and procedures to drive results.
- Provide daily updates on submissions to the leadership team.
- Update consultants on their profile submissions and interviews in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement an overall talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze job requirements and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform thorough job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications thoroughly.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting tools and methods.
- Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
- Monitor and apply best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports on recruiting efforts.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in talent acquisition or human resources management.
The successful Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving a culture of diversity and inclusion in the organization.
