Digital Marketing Project Manager - A dynamic opportunity awaits a highly skilled professional to lead our digital marketing projects to success.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual with a solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly SEO and Google Ads, to oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders, drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution, and ensure internal teams follow established processes and SOPs for consistent project execution.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile digital marketing projects, leveraging expertise in ClickUp, GHL, and other project management/CRM tools to streamline workflows and identify and address project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a digital marketing agency, proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written, the successful candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field is required; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing and project management would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and project management is preferred.
