Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and digital marketing.

  • Oversee project timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure the team follows established processes and instructions effectively.
  • Streamline workflows using ClickUp and GHL.
  • Identify and address project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency. They should have proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals and be proficient in using ClickUp, GHL, and other project management tools.

A solid understanding of digital marketing factors, particularly SEO and Google Ads, is required. Additionally, proficiency in AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and project management is necessary. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment are also essential.

Familiarity with mental health professionals and their unique needs is an asset. The role is fully remote, with working hours from 9 AM - 6 PM MST.
