- Implementing streamlined workflows using ClickUp and GHL
- Identifying and resolving project bottlenecks to enhance efficiency
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals
- Experience working with ClickUp, GHL, and other project management tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, particularly SEO and Google Ads
- Proficiency with AI technologies relevant to marketing and project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
