  1. Create comprehensive training materials for the Sales Force, including tests and presentations.

  3. Mentor and motivate the Sales Team to achieve high performance levels and business objectives.
  4. Aid in identifying training needs for the Sales Team and conduct short coaching sessions.

  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and plan to maximize outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated ability to train and teach others effectively.
  2. In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, procedures, and products.
  3. Understanding of various training methodologies and practices.
